Fun Way to Practice Spelling

I am a big believer in hands on learning, so we try out lots

of fun hands on activities to learn in our house. One of our

favorites is shaving cream spelling.

Supplies:

Directions:

Step 1: squirt a dollop of shaving cream on the table in

front of the child.

Step 2: Have child spread the shaving cream around.

Step 3: Have child practice spelling their spelling words

in the shaving cream.

This activity can be used to practice many skills such as math facts, letter recogniton, sight words, etc.

Luke is learning to write his name.
